Mastering Claude from A to Z

Objectives

• Set up a Claude workspace suited to their role (project, instructions, reference documents, style) and reuse it without reconfiguring.
• From real files (PDF, spreadsheet, images), produce a summary, a numerical analysis or a formatted document, and check every figure against the source.
• Build a reusable artifact (document, dashboard, form or mini-application) and share it with their team.
• Use Claude in everyday tools (browser, spreadsheet, presentations) or, for technical profiles, complete a first development task with Claude Code and make a first API call.
• Apply the security rules: data not to be shared, privacy settings, human review of every result before it is circulated.

Audience

Mixed audience: staff from every department, managers, project managers, and technical profiles (developers, data, IT) who attend the technical workshop on the second day.

Prerequisites

No prerequisites. The optional technical workshop assumes you know how to open a terminal. Equipment: one laptop per participant with an up-to-date browser; Claude access provided by Yolea for the duration of the session; for remote delivery, a stable connection of at least 5 Mbit/s, microphone and camera; the participant's own real documents, brought on day one; for the technical workshop, a code editor installed, terminal access and an API key provided by Yolea for the session.

Format

In person, synchronous remote or hybrid; in-company or open enrolment; 8 to 15 participants, 12 at most in open enrolment. Duration: 14 hours, 2 consecutive days of 7 hours; the second afternoon splits into a business workshop (automating your own job) and a technical workshop (Claude Code, API). Remote, 4 sessions of 3 h 30.

Assessment

Beforehand, a placement questionnaire. During the course, a check quiz and a practical challenge (deliver an artifact from an imposed set of documents, assessed against a grid). At the end, an end-of-course evaluation and a named certificate of completion. At three weeks, a follow-up review.
