IA-201 Generative AI and business uses
Generative AI by function: sales, HR, finance, legal, operations
Objectives
- Build, for their function, a library of ten prompt templates tested on their own documents, with quality criteria and documented failure cases.
- Carry out end to end, with an AI assistant, three recurring tasks of their function (for example, in sales: quotes, follow-ups, prospect sheets; in HR: candidate screening, replies to candidates, onboarding path) and measure the time saved.
- Check an AI-produced deliverable using the rule of their function: a figure against the accounting document, a clause against the contract text, a candidate reply against the job grid.
- Define which data of their function never leaves for an AI assistant, and the anonymisation procedure for the rest.
- Write a one-page procedure that can be handed to a colleague for each automated task.
Audience
One function per session: sales and customer service teams; HR and recruitment; finance, accounting and management control; legal and compliance; operations, purchasing, logistics. Groups are homogeneous by function.
Prerequisites
Have attended IA-101 or IA-102, or show regular use of an AI assistant, checked through the placement questionnaire. Equipment: one laptop per participant with an up-to-date browser; AI assistant access provided by Yolea for the duration of the session; for remote delivery, a stable connection of at least 5 Mbit/s, microphone and camera; a set of ten to twenty real documents from the function, anonymised where necessary, brought in the morning.
Format
In person, synchronous remote or hybrid; in-company only, on the function's own cases; 6 to 12 participants. Duration: 7 hours, 1 day per function; several functions run on consecutive days or one week apart. Remote, 2 sessions of 3 h 30.
Assessment
Beforehand, a placement questionnaire and a check of the prerequisite. During the course, a practical challenge (handle an imposed case file of the function, deliverable assessed against a grid). At the end, an end-of-course evaluation and a named certificate of completion. At three weeks, a follow-up review of the automated tasks and the time saved.
